Give Back with Unique Cards

Our goal at GIVE AND GET CARDS is to share some unique vintage postcards with the world and in turn, do good. We have a few charities near and dear to us. In order to increase awareness and generate donations for them, we offer GIVE AND GET CARDS.

How it works:

You donate a minimum of $100 to one of our partner charities, you receive one set of 10 custom created note cards. The images are sourced from vintage postcards. Our story started in Detroit as did our card sets. One set features car companies that made us the Motor City. Another set showcases historic Detroit hotels. A third set displays beautiful, vintage images of Belle Isle.

To expand our reach, we are partnering with other charities in additional places like San Francisco, North Carolina, and soon, Chicago. We would like to keep growing our selection of cards and drive donations toward worthy, grass-roots causes everywhere we can.

As we ramp up and settle into a system of how to have a greater impact on our world, we ask for your patience. Since 1993, Amazon Promise, headquartered in the U.S. and based in the jungle city of Iquitos, has been providing health care and education to 32 remote river communities of the Upper Amazon Basin of northeastern Peru. Their outreach clinics provide medical and dental care, family planning and health education services through volunteers working alongside Peruvian and American staff. They also partner with Engineers Without Borders (EWB) and local communities to install sustainable, affordable, and easily maintained potable rainwater harvesting systems critical to community health and survival. Their base of operations in Iquitos is open year-round providing ongoing and follow-up care and assistance to those most in need.
